In response to economic stress that is being experienced due to the bridge situation, it was recently decided to host a tasting event to highlight and remind the public what Clarksville has to offer! The Town Council recognized this, quickly developed a plan of action, and the 1st Festival of Flavors is set for Thursday, December 8, 2011!
Our sole purpose for this event is to create an evening of fun for residents and community members that brings visibility to the wonderful Clarksville eateries. This is NOT a fundraising event. Proceeds will go towards future Clarksville business boosting events and advertising.
The event will take place at The Montrose on Thursday, December 8, 2011 from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM. -- All Tickets are SOLD OUT!
Please join us for a great night, supporting great local businesses, while sampling great food! We will have door prize drawing throughout the evening too!

We can proudly confirm that BW3's, Cheddar's, Chuy's, Moe's, and more are all participating! Williams Bakery is our Featured Dessert Sponsor. We will do our best to take all those that wish to participate, but due to space, there will be a limited number of restaurants able to participate. So that we can successfully execute our advertising plan.
Be included in all event advertising - logos included (newspaper, websites: Town Council and Event Specific, Facebook, in your store signage, possibly radio/TV coverage etc.)
Have direct marketing to the apx. 100+ event guests. (headcount to be confirmed closer to the event)
Experience an event where you have flexibility to show off your restaurant as much as you want. You can sell gift cards, hand out coupons/promotional items, do give-aways, etc.
Get to show off the taste of your menu items.
What Is Included with Your Participation:
You will have a table space designated for you for the evening.
A table, table linen, a sign for your table with your logo and post event clean-up will be provided to you.
We will provide guests with cutlery, napkins and small dessert-sized plates. (all other materials for your tasting are up to you)
What We Need If You Participate:
We don't need much! Just your logo to use for all the advertising and a $25 fee paid that covers the table reservation, linens and the sign we create for your specific table. Then, you just need to plan out how you want to showcase your restaurant at the event.
